Most people in prison deserve to be there in normal people working class people that don't even have health I'm a truck driver and I risk it all the time I don't even go home because I'm afraid to possibly carry it to my three-year-old and I don't have health care why should some

Do the crime, do the Corona.

You can’t limit the spread of the virus without providing the staff with proper PPE’s. The staff come back and forth each day. The prisons dropped the ball and its to late the fire has begun.

Prisoners deserve this if they did bad things.

Jails and prisons are germ hotbeds. A lot of inmates lack hygiene skills and the cells/pods don't get cleaned properly.

What a picture! This definitely shows guilt!

I can see letting NON VIOLENT go but still maybe should stay out of trouble

Do you think that the released prisoners would abide by the shelter in place orders?

My son was in a car accident and unbeknownst to himself , the police , the Drs etc he suffers from Auto-Brewery Syndrome . He was sentenced to 2 yrs in prison in Ohio because this conditions caused a high BAC and the other driver had a broken ankle . He has zero record

Oh really? Calls by WHOM, exactly?

Keep them locked up!

Oh poor prisoners. Greta believes they must eat cake . Let it be written. Let it be done .

Some prisons aren't allowing guards to wear protective gear such as gloves and face mask. If a virus is not within population then how would it spread.

I’m sure all the Democrats would love to release murderers and rapists before they pass a stimulus bill to help working Americans. That’s the most Democrat thing ever. DemocratsAreDestroyingAmerica PelosiHatesAmericans

So is a hospital 😂🦠

Hopefully Harvey Weinstein will serve his sentence or he will probably die from corona virus.

Trump wants prisons infected so people die. When they are emptied, he will use them as 'overflow hospitals'. Political enemies will be sent there, and other undesirables - for 'safety'. They will not be heard from again, and there will be no reporters asking why.

There will case some people commit to crime because of this measure.

At least 38 test positive for coronavirus infection in New York city jailsNew York City has been hit by the nation’s largest coronavirus-infection jail outbreak to date. Keep them there It’s the jails job to isolate the ones with health issues if they can realistically do that. On the outside we need to end the lockdowns. Healthy people under 60 need to work. The lockdown is killing jobs and the economy and is suicidal. Real tough time ahead for America. May US wins it
