Princess Anne has been hospitalized as a precaution following an “incident” at her home Sunday evening, Buckingham Palace shared in a statement Monday.The Princess Royal was taken to the hospital after sustaining “minor injuries and concussion” at her Gatcombe Park estate .
The royal family’s statement didn’t provide any additional details as to the nature of Anne’s accident at Gatcombe Park.“The King has been kept closely informed and joins the whole Royal Family in sending his fondest love and well-wishes to The Princess for a speedy recovery.”Anne, who rode in the procession with her brother Prince Edward and nephew Prince William, was eventually able to regain control of her animal and continue down the streets normally.
