PolitiFact - Is Joe Biden’s student debt forgiveness plan legal?If President Joe Biden's student loan forgiveness plan did go to court, a majority of Supreme Court justices might be swayed into overturning it by an argument that the Education Department is reading too much authority into the law. Well if they did overturn it there will be riots in the streets. Is that how it works or is the threaten violence card only available to republicans? The 9/11 heroes leg being abused to steal from Americans who didn’t take out loans…. Yep the court will be striking that insanity down.
