ALVAREZ / Staff PhotographerA pregnant woman was fatally shot early Saturday morning in Port Richmond and was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where doctors delivered her baby, police said.According to police, the mother, said to be in her early 20s, was shot once in the head around 1:15 a.m. at Richmond Street and Wheatsheaf Lane. She was taken to Temple, where she was pronounced dead at 1:56 a.m. and her baby was delivered, police said.No arrest has been made.
