Yes - a new all-time peak demand record was set of 74,917 MW but... GovAbbott needs to prevent the next mass death at his hands. Since he won’t use taxpayer $ to fix the grid & prefers to divert to a useless wall perhaps limiting mining. Also have miners use solar/wind. I would imagine that the 4100 oncor customers without power for almost a day would disagree with 'the state's power grid appeared to hold up.' The 'grid' is as much distribution as anything.
