Our office has been reopened more than a year ago. I've been in maybe 3 times and have never seen more than 10 ppl at once (from about 80). The company has since layed off people to decrease costs, but the rent for the empty office is still payed every month. Nonsense.
You need to spend some time in Centre City Philadelphaia as there are massive apartment complexes under construction, from Northern Liberties to South Philadelphia. It baffles me because of street people, crime and Soros DA Krasner & Police are 500 under complement.

Too expensive to live in cities
I have proved for years, that with the latest & greatest tech, I can do a very large percentage of work needed from a remote location - saving at least an hour round trip commuting time per day, not to mention gas, parking fees, and expensive meals.
Having just traveled to Dallas, WHY? Why would anyone move to that bleak, awful, shrine to concrete?
