US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is urging American companies to remove 'untrusted' Chinese-owned technology from their digital networks

Hong Kong US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is urging American companies to remove"untrusted" Chinese-owned technology from their digital networks. The plan is one of the most ambitious and wide ranging efforts the Trump administration has put forward to restrict the reach of Chinese tech in the United States.

Speaking on Wednesday, Pompeo detailed plans to expand the administration's push for a so-called"clean network," listing five areas of critical importance that the government will seek to prohibit Chinese companies from accessing: app stores, apps, cloud services, mobile carrier networks and undersea internet cables.

Where are our phones made again?

Can we remove “untrusted” folks from the White House then?

This is why I don’t download a lot of apps.

There are no concentration camps in the United States. Because the United States does not need concentration camps, they use cluster bombs to solve the problem.

Before any American does anything theres a few things Trump needs to do. 1 let go of his 135 Chinese trademarks & 2. Cut ties with MNC Land which signed a contract with China Jingye to build an amusement park beside the future Trump resort I won't trust them on China until then.

What about Russian owned politicians

How about we remove the “untrusted” Secretary of State. Problem solved.

Then all smartphones will cost $2,000 a pop! Because that’s the American way! That’s what’s wrong anything made completely in America costs way more! That seems like an US problem not a China problem!

Easier said than done

NOPE!

The comedy continues 🤡🤡
