Some polls have shown presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden with a commanding lead over President Donald Trump.
Biden received 46% of the vote compared to Trump's 45%. That's within the poll's margin of error of 2.9 percentage points. Trump's job approval has remained about the same in Ohio for the past year, with 44% of those polled approving of the job he's done. In July 2019, Trump's approval rating as assessed by Quinnipiac stood at 43%.
