Duda is an ally of the ruling right-wing nationalist Law and Justice Party , which brands lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender “ideology” as an invasive foreign influence undermining traditional values in the staunchly Catholic nation. “Parents are responsible for the sexual education of their children,” Duda told a gathering of supporters. “It is not possible for any institutions to interfere in the way parents raise their children.”
Trzaskowski has said he is in favour of civil partnerships for gays but, according to PO, he would not approve adoptions.

Spot on. Stop confusing the children from an early age. They not allowed to vote, drive amongst other things until a certain age for a reason. We weren't forced in school to understand all this but with time and age we got to know about equality and respect that.

Poland is a very Catholic country. To the point that they had a way Pope before the Wall came down. This is no excuse but maybe it helps to explain the situation.
If teaching safe sex, then same-sex interactions should definitely be taught. All countries have people who have lesbian or gay sex. As for LGBT activism-related topics I mean obviously no. There's just no reason to teach those in school.
