Poland was home to one of the world's biggest Jewish communities before it was almost entirely wiped out by Nazi German occupiers who set up death camps such as Auschwitz on Polish soil. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki repeated that message at an election rally in the northern town of Mlawa on Saturday, state run news agency PAP reported.
The Justice for Uncompensated Survivors Today Act, or Act 447, requires the U.S. Department of State to provide a report to Congress on the progress of dozens of countries that signed a declaration in 2009 on the restitution of assets seized during or following World War Two.
The 'JUST' Act 447 isn't only partisan (tribal in nature) & unjust. It also violates U.S. & international (Roman) law pertaining to heirless property which is normally reverted to the state instead of being given to institutions unrelated to the Holocaust.
