– JSO said a man, in his late 40s, was walking westbound across Arlington Road and was hit by a car traveling southbound in the outside lane.
The car “immediately” left the scene by making a U-turn to turn onto eastbound Lillian Road, and was last seen heading toward Lone Star Road, according to police. A witness described the vehicle as a newer white Nissan sedan with no window tint. Police said the suspect driver was described as a woman in her early twenties with braids pulled up into a bun.
