No, there are bad people in every profession. The problem here how the whole department covers and protects the bad ones. Not because of the blue wall, with the need to “protect our own”. You guys do it because the need to protect yourself, if you screw up. That’s the problem.
A war on crime is fine. A war on peaceful protest isn't. Too many cops seem not to appreciate the difference.
