PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal crash involving an ATV in the city's Holmesburg neighborhood.Police and medics found a 29-year-old woman lying on the road suffering from severe head trauma.
Police say Walker had been driving a Yamaha quad ATV, which they say was neither street-legal nor registered; it had no license plate or turn signals.
Sorry this happened…..but that was stupid !! They are illegal in the city.

Playing with your life..thankfully the driver of the car was not injured..she found out who her real friends were when they all took off instead of rendering aid when the police showed up
Maybe they’ll finally learn and this will stop.
There’s a reason these things aren’t street legal. They are not safe for the rider, other drivers or pedestrians. Philly needs to do a better job clamping down on them. But giving the city’s response to crime in general… I won’t hold my breath.
