Police cited a Russell Township boy, 15, with juvenile charges May 24 and released him to his parents after a disturbance during Blossomtime at Riverside Park.
While attending the festivities in the park, another boy told an officer in person that the teen had threatened him with a gun. After locating the suspect, officers found a knife in a holster on the boy’s waistband that easily could have been mistaken for a gun.Police responded at 12:36 p.m. May 21 to an address for a disturbance involving a man, 29, and a woman, 26.Disturbance: Carriage DriveAfter investigating and hearing witness statements, police charged the man, a Beachwood resident, 33, with disorderly conduct.
