Bordentown Township Police Chief Brian Pesce was arrested in Hamilton in April.

in Hamilton, was lying in the street behind his truck when officers arrived, police videos show.

Pesce, who was put on restricted duty in the department following the April 22 incident, is also charged with reckless and careless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, and failing to report an accident.
