A second man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting near Petco Park earlier this month.
The arrest stems from an ongoing investigation by San Diego homicide detectives into the death of 29-year-old John Reed.Authorities said Reed was involved in brief argument with a group of people at about 4:25 a.m. on Jan. 20 near L Street and Sixth Avenue. One member of the group pulled a handgun and shot Reed in the upper body. The group then fled the area.
