Sinclair is partnering with Reading is Fundamental to launch Sinclair Cares: Supporting Children's Literacy, a campaign to create readers.That shooting occurred on I-270 north near the Hamilton Road exit, leaving a 25-year-old man and a 1-year-old child shot while they were driving down the road. Both of those victims survived the shooting.On Oct. 5, 2023 a Gahanna officer pulled over a vehicle for speeding, and noted that the driver did not have a valid driver's license.
After arresting Hill, the officer noticed the driver's appearance and the vehicle both matched evidence from the road rage shooting case. Detectives then gave Hill's confiscated handgun to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation for lab testing, and that testing confirmed that one of the bullets from the road rage shooting came from that firearm.
Hill was arrested by Gahanna police's SWAT team on Thursday, and is charged with two counts of felonious assault. Hill remains in the Franklin County jail at this time.
