Polestar 3 Deliveries Begin After Delays As New RWD Variant Debuts

Polestar 3 deliveries are underway, following a series of delays. The company also introduced a new entry-level variant with rear-wheel drive. It has 295 hp and a WLTP range of up to 404 miles. The Polestar 3 got off to a rocky start, but deliveries are now underway. The first models were handed over to customers during a special ceremony at the company’s headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. The lucky owners not only received their crossovers, but a special gift package as well.

In related news, Polestar announced a new rear-wheel drive variant known as the 3 Long Range Single Motor. It’s currently available to order in Europe and pricing starts at €79,890 in Germany as well as £69,900 in the United Kingdom. The entry-level variant will be built in China as well as the United States, with orders opening for North America and Australia later this year.
