A Plano water tower in Plano, Texas, on Thursday, June 18, 2020. Plano’s Parks & Recreation Department is hosting a series of hiring events in preparation for the summer season, the city stated in an email announcement.
The first event is set for Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at Carpenter Park Recreation Center, 6701 Coit Road.Applicants who are ages 14 and older who attend will have an opportunity to interview with a team member. There is also a chance of being hired on the spot. Those applying for an aquatics position should bring a swimsuit. Swim tests will be conducted on site.
