Relatives of scorpions and spiders, ocean-dwelling sea spiders show a remarkable ability to regrow body parts. The animals regrow limbs when they molt, like this sea spiderScientists reported Monday that one sea spider species,, can regrow body segments, an anus and reproductive organs. This species, glowing blue under an ultraviolet light, can regenerate after nearly half its body is sliced away.
