Groomers and their defenders. Y'all are the worst of the worst.

Y’all got him! People gonna vote for democrats now.

Megawatts55 So shocking he supports forcing a raped 12 year old to give birth. Organized religions are the scourge of the earth.

This is the guy saying abortions should be illegal for 12-year-old incest rape victims. I don't see that he has moral values to make that decision. Maybe he defended a pedophile abusing boys because children aren't worthy of any protection in his view.

America was built on Genocide, Slavery, Inequities, Bigotry & Deplorable Social Ills. Until white people admit the crimes their ancestors & current generations committed, from which to this day they benefit greatly, this will not change. Nazi Ignorance!

Maybe he's a Duggar....

Theirs next governors election gone be messy as hell.

Of course he was

good ole BAPTIST...YEA ,I REMEMBER DR.LEWIS NOBLES PRESIDENT OF MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE WITH HIS HOOKERS ,MILLIONS STOLEN BY HIM FROM SCHOOL..BRERRNIE EBBERS AND WORLD COMM.

been dirty for decades ,along with many many more ..epps ,mcrory ,bryant ,farve ,news., davis and too many to name .over 250 men and women that have stolen millionsof dollars from paid creme scams, corrections to wrestlers with drug habits to sorry ass miss.politicans and athletes

He’ll argue that he was just doing his professional duty as a lawyer to protect the church’s (his client’s) interests, which is exactly right. However don’t act like that and then pretend to be a man of God purely for votes. Amoral and phony is a bad look.

For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light. - Luke 8:17

Cue the 'DON'T YOU JUDGE HIM!!!!' and 'Christians aren't perfect, just forgiven!' defenses in 3, 2, 1 ...

And, PhilipGunnMS - fine upstanding Christian - is unavailable for comment. I guess the lawyer/legal thing trumps the Christian thing. VoteHimOut LockHimUp

My emails with Gunn in May 2011 trying to get me to “discuss a resolution.” sbctoo

Thank you for covering this.

Gunn to me was doing his job after the sex abuse occurred or he became aware. Nobody think the worst of choir teacher back in 80s Today it’s a different story. Gunn was trying limit the liability and not go to court. Probably a wrong decision now.
