USA is the last country in western world to allow corporal punishments in school. The practice is banned in 123 countries, how can a developed society can still accept that?

Since when is it OK to blame black culture for anything. Hell it's done wonders for Chicago and Detroit. If you want African Americans to succeed the last thing you want is then exposed to the culture that rewards failure and coddles ignorance. Aks me bout day!
. I'm white and was paddled the first day of the first grade within the first hour by the principal. Also, paddled about every year until my sophomore year of HS.. I guess I deserved it or needed it.
