The problem with the analogy is that you compare anti-abortion folks to abolitionists, when they’re the ones trying to claim ownership over someone else’s body.
I think the oft repeated talk of of a Red/Blue divide is an indication of laziness and at best misleading an at worst divisive. Example a Republican won the Florida governorship by 10,000 votes yet Florida is counted as a Red state.
What a load of codswallop. Some right wing blog might consider the essay to be intellectual or compelling, but it's really nonsense. The basic premise is, 'Don't counter abortion restrictions, lest you drive those who support women into doing something rash, oh my!'

Here’s how: progressives made it more powerful than the other branches of government during the twentieth century and now when that power is lawfully transferred to a conservative majority via a presidential election, they whine and scream about the Court fracturing the nation.
