David B. Thompson Jr., 44, was ordered to serve an aggregate minimum term of five years and nine months in prison by Cumberland County Judge Albert Masland, pursuant to a January agreement that saw Thompson plead guilty to one count each of involuntary manslaughter and the unlawful delivery of heroin.
According to case records, Blumenauer and her friends, Holly Morse and Jessica Ann Clouser, used the drug’s in Morse’s car in the parking lot of the Pandemonium Bar & Grill later that night, and Clouser started to show signs of overdosing.
