Authorities on Wednesday identified a homeless person who died after being hit by a vehicle on a Highway 4 on-ramp last month., when 50-year-old Brian Posch walked on the eastbound on-ramp at Lone Tree Way in Brentwood, the California Highway Patrol said. The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office publicly released Posch’s identity.
The crash happened about 3:30 a.m. and involved a red Toyota Camry, the CHP said. The driver stayed at the scene and spoke with police; no arrest was made. That driver was not injured.Posch is one of
