HONG KONG - Hong Kong protesters set fire outside court buildings, threw petrol bombs and spray-painted graffiti on government buildings, marring what was otherwise a “generally peaceful” march over the weekend, police said on Monday.

Vast crowds of black-clad demonstrators thronged the streets of the Asian financial hub on Sunday, in the largest anti-government rally since local elections last month and a resounding show of continued support for the pro-democracy movement. “Some rioters spray-painted the exterior walls of the High Court, threw petrol bombs and set fire outside the High Court and the Court of Final Appeal, damaging government properties and seriously challenging the spirit of the rule of law,” police said, adding that shops and banks were vandalized in the Causeway Bay and Wan Chai areas.

Is setting fire peaceful?

The HKPoliceTerrorists are most likely to have done so or XiJinping sent more terrorists to make things look differently HKPoliceBrutality HKProtesters Also be on the lookout as the Chinese have created tens of thousands of new accounts on twitter to spread misinformation

The courts are mere apparatus by the Chinese Communist Party to legitimize violence and torture against democracy loving citizens.

And the tear gas warning flag before the march start despite nothing happened, HKPolice is very good in predicting something is going to caused by the protestors, without our knowledge

Well shucks Reuters. It wasn't peaceful if Molotov Cocktails were flying, buildings vandalized, etc.

HKPF has ruined its own credibility. They are simply not trustworthy at all.

I have not seen one peaceful march in Hong Kong on the news yet. It looks more like rioting.

peaceful march? are you sure?

Chinese undercover agents..always ruining the peaceful moments

China should allow HongKongers to express their rights.
