WARNING: This story contains graphic content.It began on March 13 when Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable's deputies responded to a complaint at anWilliam Mitchell Keen was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure, according to Precinct 3.
During the investigation, deputies identified some of the children Keen was accused of following and filed additional charges of indecency with a child by exposure. Keen's phone was seized as evidence and a search warrant led to what investigators said was the discovery of multiple images of child sex assault. and charged with possession of child pornography.
Investigators said they also found photos on Keen's phone of his wife, Joely Keen, having sex with the couple's Great Dane dog. They arrested her on a charge of bestiality. The great Dane and two other pet dogs were rescued and turned over to Montgomery County Animal Services.William Keen faces multiple charges after he was caught following children at an H-E-B while masturbating, Montgomery County Pct. 3 says.
