Board of supervisors voted 3 to 2 to close the restaurants throughout the county. LA City voted 11-3 to keep them open as did Pasadena with its own health dept. Restaurants are closed because of a single county supervisor!! Time to expand the county board!

These orders, if they must be issued, are best done at the local level where officials are tied to their communities. L.A County controls 10,000,000 people, from mountains to shore. Laying down an edict across all of that is excessively broad. Even NYC is going by zip codes.
