Most of the region is under an “enhanced” risk for severe weather Tuesday, according to KXAS-TV (NBC5)’s forecast . “These storms will pack a punch with heavy rain, gusty winds and the potential for hail, maybe a brief spin-up tornado,” NBC5 meteorologist Grant Johnston said. "Parents are asked to pick up students at the regular dismissal times at the child's campus," CISD later posted around 4 p. “Grab the umbrella.” Heavy rain may cause localized flooding.
