Others Quarantining NowNearly 30 Massachusetts high school students are quarantining after parents sent their child to school despite receiving a positive diagnosis days before. This is why there needs to be consequences for this type of negligence. HS is old enough to stay at home while parents work so there is absolutely no argument as to why it happened other than extreme negligence. I work in the school system, and that's exactly what I'm afraid of. Some parents will send their sick child out into the world knowing full well just how contagious they are. Imagine wanting to get rid of your sick kid so badly that you're willing to put 30 other kids at risk.
