Hong Kong-based insurer FWD on Sept. 23 made public its filing with U.S. regulators for a stock market listing in New York.
No details on the share price nor size of deal were mentioned beyond the standard $100 million placeholder amount used by most float candidates, but previous media reports have said FWD would seek to raise up to $2 billion at a valuation between $13 billion and $15 billion.
