Police on Monday released a suspect sketch and asked for the public’s help locating the man who allegedly “brazenly” sexually assaulted a woman at a pedestrian underpass in Palo Alto.
The woman, who is in her 50s, told police she had been walking her bicycle eastbound through the underpass when the suspect, walking in the opposite direction, struck her which caused her to fall to the ground. He then sexually assaulted her. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is receiving treatment for a laceration to the back of her head and bruising on her neck.
