Signatures are never exactly the same. This a Palm Beach county judge's signature from his financial disclosure form. Thehe signatures don't match but it doesn't invalidate the form or confirm forgery. Most people are verified upon issuance of a provisional ballot by Florida ID

From what I understand if a recount can not be completed by the deadline FL law requires the original count to be used. Every vote is counted it’s just not recounted.
