Padres Daily: Jeremiah Estrada's surprise save; Robert Suarez's simple selflessness; an approach that works

Good morning from Atlanta, Mike Shildt did something a lot of managers say they are willing to do but seldom actually do. Robert Suarez agreed to it, which not every closer would. You can read in my game story about the Padres’ 3-1 victory over the Braves and how Shildt used Suarez in the eighth inning to get through the top of the Braves’ order before turning to Jeremiah Estrada in the ninth.
