Westbound lanes are shut down between Morgantown and Reading, the Turnpike Commission said in a travel advisory. Westbound drivers are directed to take Route 10 south to Route 23 west, to Route 322 west, then Route 222 north for five miles to reenter the Turnpike at the Reading Interchange.
