‘Ozark’ Star Alfonso Herrera Discusses That Shocking Premiere and Teases Zack Snyder’s ‘Rebel Moon’

’s fourth-and-final season debuted in January, viewers expected Herrera’s cartel baddie, Javi Elizonndro, to be the final hurdle for the Byrde family to overcome, especially since he had just agreed to a long-term, mutually

beneficial deal with the FBI. However, in the premiere of season four’s second half, Ruth Langmore threw a wrench into the works as she took vengeance on Javi for killing her cousin Wyatt and his new bride, Darlene Snell .

Anyone can kill off a character to shock the audience. But can they justify it? That's another question altogether. It's like the death of Omar on the wire. Unforeseen but completely deserved. Same can't be said for THAT Ozark death.

I would have been happier if Ruth lived and Wendy got a bullet through her head.

I just find out they blew Helen's head off. And she asked the hitmen/driver to tell her when it was her time, but he didn't. No honor among killers...
