Sorry to disagree - but hands down your Brown Butter-Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Arugula and Bacon (I use pancettta), is the greatest Thanksgiving side ever (after stuffing that is!).
In the busier than ever society, with up to 50% Mothers working 9 to 5 jobs besides a family at home, the Traditions should be modified . I either have the turkey and mashed potato dishes catered and make a few of my popular specialties, including my prize winning cheesecake, !
