Most people don't understand Brad's speech. He was referring to his role as Cliff Booth, that was really clear. But if you haven't seen the film, you can't see the context.
'He's using humor to poke fun at a situation, knowing that the industry favors him' ----- What an ignorant bigoted statement to make,there is no humour in what Pitt did using a public platform to ridicule the mother of his 6 minor kids whom he's gaslighting. No humour in abuse!
BradPitt gets to play the victim & golden boy despite being 56 years old & everyone revels in the narrative & no one talks about his alcholic abuse behaviours towards mother & his 6 kids. But he'l get his Oscar. Because Hollywood & America love their white male redemption story.
At least AngelinaJolie had already won all her major awards & Oscar whilst in her 20's, unlike a Pitt 56 whose got the whole industry toeing his PR's line. If he's such a shining light of a character why does he need ridiculous hired media campaigns like yours 2 hammer the point
