Original Pink Ranger Amy Jo Johnson reveals why she can't release that touching Power Rangers song

The song “Down the Road” was used in last year’s “Power Rangers” 30th anniversary special as a tribute to deceased cast members.panel at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo on Sunday, the original actress behind the Pink Ranger told fans why she can’t release the song “Down the Road” as a studio recording. “I wrote that song with another person,” Johnson explained. “So I don’t own the rights to that song, I don’t even know who does.
