From WSJopinion: Democrats are divided by generation, geography, cultural sensibilities and vastly differing policy agendas, writes KimStrassel

Donald Trump visited Congress this week to declare the state of the union “stronger than ever before.” Speaker Nancy Pelosi concluded the evening by highlighting the state of the Democratic Party: Intensely—perhaps fatally—divided.

That’s the prism through which to view this week’s headlines: The Iowa debacle, Democrats’ State of the Union theatrics, the president’s impeachment acquittal. Division has coursed through Democratic politics for at least the past four years. The media tries hard to present this split as nothing...

opinion KimStrassel Truly it appears the democratic party is fragmented not only among the candidates but perhaps the main street population as well. It doesn't help them that each candidate selectively panders for votes, make promises that cannot possibly be kept within months or within a term.

opinion KimStrassel When you have women/men liars Elizabeth Warren and Socialist Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and all the other losers, this country and the people are in trouble. They and others want a Utopian world. ♀️

opinion KimStrassel younger gen r supporting Sanders n Warren for free ride to college but the cost'd be staggering if they vote at all

opinion KimStrassel Quite literally the least inclusive political party there is.

opinion KimStrassel we still have your Votes Bernie we know you support the Democrats to bad they don't have the same trust they can't even trust each other much less trust you

opinion KimStrassel Yup.. we need more political parties.

opinion KimStrassel I think after this week, all Democrats are energized and fired up to vote blue. unitedblue

opinion KimStrassel How can Sanders a consciensous objector ever become Commander and Chief?

opinion KimStrassel Why have you still not fired KimStrassel ?

opinion KimStrassel This take is well overdue.

opinion KimStrassel Democrats are doomed basically

Opinion | The Democrats’ Unserious WeekFrom WSJopinion: The fiasco in Iowa, the foolishness at the State of the Union—do Democrats realize how bad they look, asks peggynoonannyc opinion Peggynoonannyc Not as bad as the Republicans who support the use of foreign intervention of our elections. opinion Peggynoonannyc Did you hear the president's speech? That's a bad look. opinion Peggynoonannyc I see Bernie Bros aren’t accepting Iowa results after hyping themselves up in their Twitter bubble. Seems to be a pattern with these folk. Ironically the impeachment didn’t hurt Trump’s numbers or base. Rather it drove Biden supporters to Buttigieg. This is getting hilarious.
