I have two friends who both work with Marriott in higher tier positions who are currently furloughed and making less now even with the additional $2,400/month. So basically you are totally screwed if you make a good salary but are furloughed. Your unemployment gets based on someone making federal minimum wage regardless of your obligations. As it should
