Before we ask who wins in 2020, we need to ask who even gets to vote | OpinionThe move to block formerly and currently incarcerated people from the polls is part of a long, ugly history of efforts to disenfranchise people of color. Who gets to vote? American Citizens who can manage the 'complex process' of driving/riding down to the Courthouse or Post Office, picking up/filling out a Voter Registration Form and then turn up to vote on Election Day. And in some states, showing a photo ID card. DIFFICULT? And who needs to register to vote. Get Registered!!! 🤗😎 Easy. Americans with IDs. Next?
