One Kardashian-Jenner Sister Might’ve Actually Gotten Swim Right

Photo: SKIMS What is it? On Friday, Kim Kardashian is introducing swimwear to her Skims brand. The line includes separates that you can mix and match — to please everyone’s coverage preferences. The tops include a triangle , a bandeau , and a tank , while you can pick from a selection of bottoms including a string and a mid-waist . There are also one pieces with cutouts and bottoms like a sarong and a pair of shorts .

Do I need this? Umm, yes. If you’ve tried the Skims underwear, then you probably don’t need much convincing anyway. Skims is known for its fit: They just get the material and cuts of underwear … right. They also have perfected the no-underwire bra, for all of us who stopped wearing a bra during the pandemic and truly never want to go back. The brand has a cult following, some who hate that they love it and others who just love it.

Photo: SKIMS So how do I get it? The collection drops tomorrow, Friday, March 18, at 9 a.m. PST/noon EST on Skims.com. . What are people saying? So far, so good — even thick-girl approved. A few influencers received the swimwear ahead of the launch and the reviews are promising: “Somebody’s working their ass off at Skims to get this shit right,” said model Tabria Majors, who is a size 2X, after trying on the monokini, triangle bikini, sarong and mid-waist shorts. Majors praised the material and said that it’s thick so she can tell it won’t become see-through after getting wet.

If you remember Kylie’s swimwear launch last year, the reviews were not so good, from the lack of coverage to the thin quality, but so far the reviews are the complete opposite of Kylie Swim. She’s taking her own advice and “getting her ass up and working,” I suppose?

Luckily, i have zero interest.
