A 44-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday evening in Fairview Township, according to York County officials.According to the coroner's report, the woman had been driving a sedan eastbound in the west lane.
One vehicle swerved out of the way to avoid hitting the sedan, revealing an SUV, which the sedan hit head-on. The driver of the sedan was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene, according to the York County coroner.Police said the crash closed Lewisberry Road for several hours.
