The incident may have started with an argument between the women and a man, Gonzalez said. The man allegedly shot the women and then drove away in a gray sedan, Gonzalez said. One of the women died at the scene. The other was taken to a hospital and was in critical condition, he said.Investigators were still at the scene late Monday night.
