‘On path to divorce,’ Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck could lose ‘millions’ selling marital home

TMZ said Lopez and Affleck are asking $65 million for the 38,000-square-foot house, which comes with a cinema, wine room, spa and separate 5,000-square-foot “sports facility.” Fortunately for the estranged couple, the luxury housing market is booming, with wealthy home buyers not as concerned about mortgage rates above 7%,Still, TMZ said it’s expected that Lopez and Affleck could “lose millions” in the sale.

Lopez told her fans she was “completely heartsick” about canceling the tour and “letting you down.” Reps for Live Nation said that Lopez was canceling for personal reasons, explaining she was “taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.
