Former Rep. John Delaney said Sunday that he supports the federal government getting out of the way of states that want to legalize or decriminalize marijuana, adding that he believes the drug should be re-scheduled on the federal level.

I think federal should get out of the way because that’s what the plan was ever since 1775. Each state deal with their own crap that doesn’t violate the constitution. They linked marijuana with trafficking. Now, it’s a different story if you work directly for the feds.
