Four hopefuls have so far stepped forward to run for the top spot in Ogden, including Taylor Knuth, Angel Castillo and Chris Barragan. Ben Nadolski, a member of the Ogden City Council, has said he plans to run and is scheduled to formally kick of his campaign at an event Friday evening.
