A suspected drug dealer found in possession of a large amount of fentanyl was arrested by Weber County deputies in April.
"I could see Jessey with his hand behind his back and appeared to be trying to hide something in his pants," the affidavit states from a Weber Morgan Narcotics Strike Force officer. When Jessey got out of the vehicle, the officer asked him what he put down his pants. The other officer located methamphetamine while speaking with the driver of the car, Stevie Dean. Jessey later disclosed to an officer that he had a large amount of fentanyl pills.
