An hours-long hostage standoff in San Antonio ended with police critically wounding an armed suspect early Tuesday morning and apparently killing a mother of three with errant gunfire, authorities announced Wednesday.
McManus said police responded to an apartment complex at about 9 p.m. on Monday “for a suicidal male threatening to kill his common law wife” who was with her three young children. “Sanchez was heard taunting officers trying to get them into a confrontation,” McManus said, and attempts to de-escalate with him were unsuccessful.
Remember this? Officer took 3 shots, close range, with a rifle and TWO rounds missed. (TWO) How do you miss, close range, twice with a rifle?
Apparently or did? Reporting speculation is dangerous

One begins to understand why US Police are so quick to the gun - because of the many guns in the hands of pple where everyone could be a potential danger.
Some ugandan citizens suffer at the hands of these human rights abusers, and have cried to all responsible bodies to raise their voices but nothing is done. Imagine paying taxes to get such a treatment. UgandaIsBleeding VisitUganda
Sad as I've expressed TX wield state. Loss of life has no value in this state.
We need better training for cops man. How come rules of engagement are so much stricter for troops over seas but here in the states we can’t have these dudes shooting straighter? Cops aren’t military personnel but that doesn’t mean they can’t learn from them or enact similar shit
